Facilitator's Toolkit

Facilitation means the act of making something easy. The premise of the facilitator is to concentrate on different learning processes and build activity within learners rather than them being idle receivers of information/ answers. This role itself builds a culture of building responsibility towards learning. For such concept to actualise, one needs a set of tools at hand. Tools are essential to address diversity in any learning experience.

Through our 5-fold framework, we work with facilitators/ teachers to build their own toolkit which can empower them to create an engaging learning experience.
We do this by embedding Design thinking into the process to build the most contextual toolkit that is functional.
